Performance Strata Services have over 20 years’ experience in the real estate, and property industry; covering property management, settlements, and strata management. This gives us a unique experience into all sides of the real estate and property industry.

We strive to continuously update our knowledge and education about strata management, by attending key seminars and courses currently available in Western Australia – making us the forefront on strata management in the real estate industry.

Performance Strata is a privately-owned boutique company specialising in residential, and commercial, strata management in Western Australia. We are a tight-knit family, and extend the welcome to all clients, new and concurrent.
